Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 0-3 weeks), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment/Tracking:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 0-3 weeks from the date of your order, please check the policy for the brand you desire for accurate estimates. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within fifteen business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@SaunaNera.com
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should photograph and make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@saunanera.com and we will process an claim on your behalf.
Order Cancelation:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To view any limitations to order cancelling or changing please view the policies for the brand your product falls under.

Product Description
This hybrid sauna for groups up to five people is a neat addition to any home. The beautifully designed sauna can be used in groups to relax and by individuals for exercise. If relaxing in the sauna is not enough for you, perhaps this sauna would be a good sport to stretch and to exercise.
As a hybrid sauna, it features a mix of electric Harvia heaters and infrared heaters for thorough sweating sessions. The health benefits that saunas are associated with are broad and well-researched so this sauna will be helpful to the whole family or a group of friends. Share it or use it alone.
Diamond series of saunas favor privacy, and therefore do not feature as many see-through windows as the Vitality models. However, the components of natural wood make up for the lack of glass with a top-notch natural feel and look. It is more of a traditional look but there are windows to allow natural light in just not as much as the Vitality models.
This is a fantastic sauna that will be popular in any setting.
