Shipping Times

Orders are typically verified within 24 hours of being placed in our system. Once they are verified, shipping time is as follows:
In stock smaller items via ground shipping will typically ship within 1-3 business days. Heaters shipping via LTL will typically ship within 3-5 business days. Sauna rooms typically ship within 5-7 business days. Flatbed orders will ship within 7-14 business days.

While transit time varies depending on the order and where it is going, most orders are received within 1-2 weeks. Our customer service team provides tracking information once the order has shipped, which will give a more precise timeline.

Returns Process

  • Eligibility: We accept returns of new and uninstalled items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact Returns@SaunaNera.com to receive Return Authorization.
  • Return Authorization: It's necessary to obtain an RA before returning an item. Email us with your order information and the reason for the return. For returns due to damage or error, please include photographic evidence and any information you would like us to know.

Shipping Instructions

  • Provided Shipping Slip: SaunaNera will provide a pre-paid shipping slip for all returns. This ensures the item is returned to us efficiently and securely.
  • Shipping Cost Deduction for Non-Damaged Returns: If you're returning an item due to reasons other than damage or error on our part (e.g., change of mind), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This allows us to maintain fairness and transparency in our return process.

Refunds and Credits

  • Inspection: Upon return, all items will undergo an inspection. Products must be in new and uninstalled condition, with original packaging, to qualify for a full refund.
  • Refund Calculation: For eligible returns, you will receive a credit for the full purchase price minus any necessary boxing fees (approximately $20-$50, depending on the product) and the return shipping cost if applicable.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Returns: If the return is due to our error or product damage, we will cover the entire cost of return shipping, and you will receive a full refund without deductions.
