SaunaNera Shipping and Return Policy for Enlighten Saunas
At SaunaNera, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers, from the moment you place your order to the use of your new Enlighten Sauna. We partner with Enlighten Saunas to ensure high-quality products are delivered to you in perfect condition and that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Shipping Policy
- Quality Assurance: Every Enlighten Sauna product undergoes a rigorous quality check before leaving our warehouse to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
- Processing Time: Typically, it takes 2 to 14 business days to process an order. Custom orders or large custom orders may take up to 21 business days.
- Tracking and Signature: All orders are shipped with tracking numbers and require signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery. Should you prefer to waive this requirement, please contact our orders department before your package is dispatched at orders@saunanera.com.
- Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on our "Back Order List," and you will be notified via email with options provided by our sales team.

Enlighten Sauna is committed to your satisfaction with every purchase.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or a refund.
- Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized by Enlighten Sauna. Please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 90 days of your invoice date.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returns.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment and may take 3 to 7 business days to process.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Report Immediately: Please notify SaunaNera within 48 hours of delivery if you receive damaged or missing merchandise.
- Keep Original Packaging: Damaged items must be kept in their original packaging. Our shipping department will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up.
- Confirmation: Save any form of confirmation (tracking number, PRO number, or receipt) to secure a full refund or exchange.
- Condition for Return: Products must be in new condition and not used for sweating to qualify for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
