Shipping Options

Free Shipping: Delivery within 1–2 days.

Please note that in some cases, manufacturers may experience backorders or product shortages beyond our control. If this happens, our customer support team will contact you with an updated shipping timeline.

Payment

We do not immediately charge your credit card when you place an order. After your order is submitted, our team will contact you to confirm your preferred shipping method and finalize the payment.

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, which includes your order number and receipt.

If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you still have not received it, contact us at support@saunanera.com with the subject line: Order Confirmation Not Received, and our team will assist you.

Holiday Order Processing

During holidays, shipping and delivery times for in-stock items may be slightly delayed. We work to process all orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Combining Shipments

Saunanera does not combine multiple orders into a single shipment. Each order is processed and shipped separately with its own shipment record.

Protection Services

These protections apply only if selected before shipment.

Loss Protection: If your order is lost during transit, report it to us for review and potential replacement. This applies only to items not marked as delivered. Losses after delivery are not covered.

Damage Protection: If your order arrives damaged, refuse the delivery if possible, report it to the shipping carrier, and contact us for resolution. This applies only to damage identified before or at delivery. Damage reported after delivery may not be covered.

For both loss and damage protection, valid proof of reporting is required to initiate a claim and coordinate resolution with the manufacturer.
