Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 0-3 weeks), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment/Tracking:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 0-3 weeks from the date of your order, please check the policy for the brand you desire for accurate estimates. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should photograph and make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@saunanera.com and we will process an claim on your behalf.

This corner-positioned 4 person hybrid sauna is a wonderful addition to any suitable location. As a hybrid sauna, it makes full use of both types of heaters to provide a wholesome sauna experience. Up to four people at a time can use this sauna comfortably.
The use of Harvia electric heaters and infra-red lamps also specifically designed for sauna comfort in mind, makes those much-needed sweat sessions much more convenient for regular use. Comfort in addition to style makes you want to spend a lot of time inside this sauna.
The materials used in the construction of this sauna are well-adapted for outdoors, meaning that the sauna is reliable and durable. It is also very space-efficient as it occupies a corner. As an outdoor sauna, it is well-protected against the wind and the rain which would damage most other saunas of other brands.
