Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 0-3 weeks), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment/Tracking:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 0-3 weeks from the date of your order, please check the policy for the brand you desire for accurate estimates. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within fifteen business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@SaunaNera.com
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should photograph and make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@saunanera.com and we will process an claim on your behalf.

Löylynhenki means "Sauna Steam Spirit," a popular Finnish myth ensuring a pleasant and healthy atmosphere within your sauna. This Hukka Oil Diffuser is in the shape of Löylynhenki to encompass you in your favorite scent, bringing peace and relaxation to your soul. Place the diffuser on your sauna stones, add a few drops of oil, and breathe deeply as the high heat capacity of soapstone allows the scent to evaporate pleasantly throughout your bathing experience. You can also add some water to the diffuser so it gently boils to create a longer-lasting steam.
Mother Nature gave Carelian Soapstone mythical capabilities to withstand harsh, Nordic environments. It is capable of accumulating both heat and cold, and it maintains its temperature for a long time. This is one of the unique characteristics of Hukka products.
Carelian Soapstone is a relatively soft stone material, that can be crafted to various shapes and forms by experienced craftsmen. Even though soft, the stone is a very dense and heavy material. For example, it does not absorb any liquids or tastes. Soapstone has been tested and approved to be used in preparing or storing food products. Soapstone is an extremely sturdy stone material, that can withstand well challenges of a modern environment. 2.8 billion years-long “manufacturing process” has prepared it for most of the challenges it might encounter.
