Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 0-3 weeks), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment/Tracking:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 0-3 weeks from the date of your order, please check the policy for the brand you desire for accurate estimates. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should photograph and make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@saunanera.com and we will process an claim on your behalf.

The stylish and elegant Quattro from Cozy eat will elevate the rustic appearance of your home sauna. COZY has taken the ancient wisdom of building a sauna to a higher level. This unique wood-burning stove is hand-made in Estonia, where sauna bathing is part of daily life.
Wood-fired sauna stoves produce a mild, long-lasting heat and are designed for ladling water over the hot stones to create a luxurious steam sauna. The part of the wood-burning heater that must be the strongest, the flame cutter, is made of sturdy, 5mm-thick stainless steel making COZY heaters extremely durable.
The Quattro's clean lines and minimalist design create an understated elegance, and the large viewing window allows you to view the mesmerizing glow of the dancing flames.
